We have this spreadsheet so we have an up to date costs and contacts for sponsored content on the top trade publications. If HM organises placement of sponsored content we should add 10% to the invoice for the client. However if we receive agency discount HM keeps this discount and charges the client the full amount.

These lists are updated every 4 months and new media packs are asked for every year.

If HM organises and pays for sponsored content on behalf of a client 10% is added to the sponsored content cost before sending a quote to the client. If HM has an agency discount, this is kept by HM and the client is quoted and charged the full amount.
