- If a client project requires services to be outsourced or purchased from a third party (eg freelance writer or webinar hosting platform fees) the fees need to be approved by Susan Venables. Once approved please share the following information with the finance manager:
- suppliers name and fee
- what we will be charging the client
- does this need to be invoiced in addition to the agreed project fee
- confirm the client has approved to this addition fee (if it is additional)
