As per your employment contract you must not disclose any trade secrets or other information of a confidential nature relating to the company, its clients, business partners or suppliers.
If you need to remove any data, documents or property (including computer disks and files) which belong to the company or which contain any confidential information from the company’s premises at any time you should gain proper advance authorisation. All information/data stored held on the company’s computer systems and databases are the property of the company and unauthorised downloading, copying, distribution or supply of data to any third party will be treated as a severe breach of confidentiality and a data protection issue.
