All login information must be stored within 1Password. Passwords must not be shared internally via chat, email or other methods.
When you setup a new password which is to be shared with the internal team, directly save this into the 1Password shared archive, where all team members will be able to securely access the details.
Your own HM private passwords should be directly saved into your 1Password private archive. Do not use word documents or browser-specific password controls to store passwords. Private passwords are not shared with the team.
Once there is no further need to retain client passwords, it is the account manager’s responsibility to remove them from 1Password.
