Client approval

It is imperative that any content generated has been approved and signed off by a client.  Prior to content being written ensure that you obtain details of the relevant approval channels and individuals to provide sign off. Always ensure that you have written confirmation of approvals which can be in the form of an email.

For content that involves client customers again it is imperative that all necessary approvals are obtained and along with evidence of the approval confirmation.
