Your direct dial number is routed for calls to come through the MS Teams app. You can also make outgoing calls from the app using the calls tab. By default, conference calls are handled on the MS Teams platform. You may be invited to other platforms for certain calls, but always use MS Teams when setting up meetings.

Calls and meetings can be recorded on the MS Teams platform, and must be handled in line with our GDPR policy. Calls are stored within the Microsoft Stream system and must not be downloaded and saved manually from the platform. Calls will be removed from the Stream platform automatically in line with our GDPR policy.

The MS Teams app can be accessed via your laptop, tablet, a browser, or via a mobile phone.
