Client profitability

Once the order form has been signed and a contract is in place it is the responsibility of the account director/lead to ensure the account/project is profitable and is not over-serviced.

Every month the finance manager will produce reports using the timesheet portal to establish the current service levels of each client. These reports will be available for review under the time management channel in the client team on Teams. This report will be discussed on a monthly review call between the account lead, the finance manager and Susan Venables and the necessary decisions will be made to address over-servicing or project slip.
