If you are sending any coverage to a client you must adhere to the following process:
- When sending coverage to a client by email you should always make sure that the information is presented neatly and clearly so the client can easily understand. No emojis.
- Coverage should be sent to the client as soon as it is captured and forwarded in an email form, by the individual nominated by the account manager. Please always include as an attachment the emailed version of the news alert or subscription newsletter if there is no link available.
- Here is an example of how you should set the coverage out in an email:
