All login information must be stored within 1Password. Passwords must not be shared internally via chat, email or other methods. When you receive a password from a client, directly save this into the 1Password shared archive, where all team members will be able to securely access the details.

Once there is no further need to retain client passwords, it is the account manager’s responsibility to remove them from 1Password.
